This easy, quick recipe is a great one to throw together as a dip with crackers when you have guests. I also often have it for lunch, spread on toast with a salad on the side. I like to add a drizzle of sriracha over the top. You can replace the sardine with tuna if you prefer a less 'fishy' taste.

2 Servings (as a lunch)
Ingredients:
2 x 200gr tins of plain sardines / 140gr drained sardines
1 shallot, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
50gr fromage frais (low fat cream cheese)
1 tbsp olive oil
Tabasco, to your liking
S&P
Instructions:
Simply add all ingredients to a chopper & blend until smooth.
