Prawn Alfredo Pasta

This incredibly delicious recipe is simple & quick to make. You can have it as it is, without the prawns, or substitute the prawns with chicken.

4 Servings
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
50cl heavy cream
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp parmesan, finely grated
4 tbsp mozzarella, grated
300gr cooked, deshelled & deveined
Instructions:
Melt butter in a pot on low heat & add olive oil.
Add in the cream & garlic whilst stirring constantly.
Bring to a gentle simmer & allow to cook for 3 minutes, stirring regularly to avoid the sauce sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Add in the two cheeses & simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Your sauce should be smooth with the cheeses entirely melted into the sauce.
Add in the prawns & simmer another 2 minutes to warm the prawns.
Serve with pasta & a sprinkle of parmesan over the top.
